• Stretch about 8-10 inches from the roll allowing the wrap to loosen.
• Starting at the base of the toes/fingers, apply one full wrap on top of the foot/hands horizontally without stretching, lightly press the overlapped bandage to secure the base of the wrap.
• Applying the desired tension, continue to wrap with a 50% overlay in a spiral going up until desired body area is wrapped.
• When body part is wrapped as desired, tear or cut off the excess wrap. Gently press layers to secure the wrap on all windings together.
