Follow these steps to wrap an ankle, knee, wrist, or elbow effectively:
- Hold the bandage so the start of the roll faces up.
- Start at the top of the foot beneath the toes (leave toes exposed).
- Wrap twice around the foot in a circle, moving from outside to inside.
- Move toward the heel and continue in a spiral pattern, overlapping by 1/2 width each time.
- Pass behind the ankle, cross over the top, and wrap under the foot twice.
- Continue up the calf toward the knee. Fasten the end securely (avoid clips in skin folds).
