1. Preparation: Hold the bandage so that the start of the roll is facing up.
2. Anchoring: Hold the loose end of the bandage in place with one hand. Wrap the bandage in a circle twice around the starting point (e.g., foot). Always wrap from outside to inside.
3. Application: Pass the bandage around the limb and wrap it in upward circles. Ensure consistent tension but avoid over-tightening.
4. Fastening: Fasten the end to the rest of the bandage. Avoid using metal clips where skin folds or creases (e.g., behind the knee) to prevent irritation.
