Super Absorbent Dressing is constructed from a breathable and waterproof non-woven backing, a super absorbent pad layer (SAP), and a hydro-penetrating non-woven contact layer. It is specifically designed for superior exudate management in wounds with high discharge levels.

The multi-layer system works by quickly wicking liquid into the core layer where SAP molecules swell and lock the fluid away. This prevents back osmosis, maintains a moist wound healing environment, and ensures patient comfort.
