Foot Band-aid for Blister Heel Protectors - Waterproof Adhesive Seal
A blister is an area of raised skin with liquid inside. They are your body's clever way of protecting itself from pressure and friction. Fluid fills the space to cushion the wound beneath from further pressure and to lock out infection. Blisters should not be popped as they can easily become infected if deroofed.
Blisters can be prevented by reducing friction. Properly fitting shoes and using pressure stop plasters create an additional layer between sources of friction and skin. Keeping feet dry is also essential as blisters are more likely to occur in moist conditions.

Apply to the blister area
Keep for 1-3 days then peel off
